BoilMyEggs.com is run by Scott Davis. If a boil time was off at your altitude, the timer was confusing, or you have a question about the site, the feedback form is the contact path I actually read.
There is no phone number, chat widget, or separate company help desk. The same Google Form is linked from the homepage after you calculate a time, so you can include the settings you used.
